Kevin Brotz is a dishonest businessman and a liar. I posted the review below to his website, but he has chosen not to post it. If you order anything from him, be prepared to wait forever without any updates, then have the materials show up late, incorrectly, or not at all. He responded to the review to apologize, however I had reached out to him twice while the blank was on order and he chose to ignore me. Order a rod ask for measurement for reel seat was told to order the one I want and put in notes to check fit Surprise surprise I got the one I ordered It doesn’t fit called the said they would get right one to me after numerous calls it’s been a month no reel seat no explanation Poor customer service
Messed up a couple orders, it happens. But then I send it pieces of a liberty blank that broke ( with 8lb mono, hookset on a rock) and they deny any warranty claim but offer a measly $10 off a new blank. Too many other options out there to do business with. IE: mudhole, anglers workshop, custom rod components, rod geeks and so on.
Should be called get bent. I still have not received my order, I've sent multiple emails asking for tracking numbers or a refund. Probably the worst buying experience I've had.

Steady company, fast efficient shipping, great customer service.
I order 3 popping blanks (Black Holes) with fuji guides about 2 months ago. I've sent numerous emails and Facebook messages but to this day no reply, no tracking number what so ever. Is there someone that can assist?
