Not happy with the service at all. I ordered a rod blank on june 22, and never heard anything until i emailed themon the 26th. They said its on backorder, but you can pay an extra 10.00 too get it drop shipped. Today is the 10th and still no rod that was suppose too be here last week i was told. Now i get too tell my 8yr old nephew i have too order from someone else and im 2weeks behind on the build. Thanks a bunch

Sent me the wrong blanks...after I called ahead to verify that they were such blanks. Then got Sean spicered on about false ads. Cost me 2 builds. So according to these ratings you have a 1 in 4.4 chance of being disgusted with this company.
Thanks for Robby and Kevin and Annie (the hunting dog), for getting me my 1st hog hunt. The experience was phenomenal. Took my wife and son with me on the buggy so they could also feel the excitement of the hunt. They had a great time and so did I. I will definitely recommend Git Bit Outdoors to everyone I know. Thanks again Kevin and Robby (the guide).

I contacted them and they said to send it back and they would see what they could do.
