Placed an order with this company back on 8-6-15. Today is 9-22-15. In the order was 4 Aftco reel seats and gimbles with other material. The seats and gimbles were back ordered. I placed the same order with Mud Hole. The seats were back ordered from Mud Hole also. In less than 2 weeks Irecieved the seats from Mud Hole. Almost 2 months later I can not even get a refund from Get Bit. Yes a phone call was made and was told that I would receive a phone call from Kevin with in the hour. Great service. Best of all I got an amazing deal on some Alps guides and seats. I live only 10 miles from the Alps North America distributor and they when they referred me to local companies I saw they wanted 40% more for the same Alps components. Crazy how from 3000 miles away Get Bit Outdoors could still beat out the competition. Definitely shopping here again
