So I needed to postpone our Disneyland trip since they just announced that they will still be closed. I have been dreading calling because I have read on different sites the problems people are having canceling or rescheduling with other companies. My fiancé and I had to postpone our wedding due to everything going on in the world. Due to this situation we had to reschedule the honeymoon we booked. Get Away Today was wonderful throughout the whole process considering this is the second time we had to move the Honeymoon. The first time being that Disneyland was going to be closed when we originally scheduled. Kevin was the on that helped us today and he was fantastic. He was very kind, understanding, and took care of everything. Thank you Kevin and Get Away Today.
I’m pretty disappointed with get away today. My trip was planned for a few days away- they are unwilling to waive the ticket cancellation fee even though it’s not a situation where I changed my mind- Disneyland is CLOSED. I have to request my time off for 2020 in 2019 with my employer so extending my tickets aren’t an option. We have booked with Get Away Today for 20 years and they have been wonderful every single time! Never once a problem!! We had a trip planned, but do to the coronavirus we had to cancel and they were very accommodating. I’m not surprised because they always are! Highly, highly recommend them!
