I worked with Emma from Get Away Today, purchasing WDW park tickets, and she and the company were absolutely fabulous! Their customer service is unparalleled- especially in the face of this pandemic! This company should be disgusted with themselves and I hope the law suits start flooding in as I will certainly be seeking further actions! You need to be refunding ALL associated fees as your product and service was NOT delivered. This is a complete abuse of customers during an already difficult time. Your customers are not cancelling their vacations and it is outside of our control and the only option you are providing is to keep rescheduling with “hopes” Disneyland will reopen soon. I will never book a vacation with anyone but Get Away Today after comparing experiences! GAT goes above and beyond in customer service and I feel like the staff (every single one of them) truly cares about your vacation experience being the best it can be.
