We always book our Disneyland trips with GAT because the prices are always the lowest, however they have totally outdone themselves with impeccable customer service with the current park closure. We decided to push our trip back another couple weeks based on cdc recommendations and they happily changed our package dates with no fees! I’m a customer for life now and will recommend GAT to friends every time!

We've used these guys for every trip we've been on. We booked a trip to London and Paris a few months ago for next month. Given what's happening with the Corona virus and being out of work for the next month or so I called to cancel and get a refund. At first they said we'd only be charged $50/person to cancel which meant we'd get back $4500. They quickly changed face and said NOPE. On March 12th we flew to Anaheim for our Disneyland trip. As soon as we arrived it was pouring rain and they announced that they were not sure if Disneyland was going to remain open. We quickly decided, before the announcement it was closing, that we would just fly home. I called GAT and was given several options on what we could do. I appreciate their empathy, professionalism, concern for us and most of all their help! We have booked several times through GAT and will for sure in the future continue to book with them.
I just spoke with Blake on the phone at Get Away Today, and he was super helpful/friendly and calm despite all of the craziness going on right now with the travel industry. I can't thank you all enough, and we will be back to book with Get Away Today ASAP for not just our next trip but all of our future trips!
