My vehicle has been in the service department since February 13... for them to finally figure out I just needed a new battery. Most of the communication was only done bc my husband made phone calls to them. So tired of the run around and silly excuses.

Horrible experience! Just bought a new vehicle and brought it in for service, while techs had it in the back I had multiple items stolen from my vehicle!! Filed police report, and spoke with head managers in hope's they could make the situation right but they are not concerned. I have not been contacted. Sure the news would respond if they won't. Will never do business at Gerry Lane again!

I highly recommend Gerry lane gmc. We went and looked at a 2018 gmc Denali and fell in love. Mr. David ducre, Mr. Emile, and mrs nutter were amazing they all went above and beyond for us to help us get into this amazing truck. Not only did they go above and beyond they filled the truck up with gas and made sure it was spotless and ready for pickup. I am so beyond in love with this truck thank you guys so so so much
if the general public knew what was going on at this place, they would be out of business. particularly one of the finance managers, juda. the amount of lawsuits having to do with this place is crazy. you dont have to believe me, look into it. I'm sure it's mostly public record. the service dept. is good though.
I've bought several vehicles with tristan reid here and the customer service is impeccable!!!
