Never will I buy another vehicle from Gerry Lane. I have bought two from there, new. When I bought my Sierra there was a blemish on the door handle. They did a horrible job fixing it with touch up paint. Only after several calls and going up there, did they half way fix it. I brought the Acadia for service, for recalls. I called a week in advance and made an appointment. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:30 in the morning, only to get a call at 4:35 for them to tell me they would not be able to get to it today. Bought a truck from here, sales was awesome easy and helpful service department on the other hand is absolutely worthless that reason alone i will never buy another vehicle from here again.

I went to Gerry Lane service department to have my Denali fixed. I just want to give a shout out to William Holmes for being awesome and Michelle the service writer for her service. Even though they had my vehicle 3 weeks, they didn't leave me without transportation nor did they leave anything on my vehicle that needed to be fixed undone. They did an awesome job. Had another dealerships deal work up to show them to outbid for business. The manager took the paper and wouldn't give it back. They told me it was "lost." Finally got a price to agree to and one other couple was bidding on same truck. They said first come first serve on the truck and when our deal hit the finance desk first, they still took the other customers business even though they said we had it! Then kept us waiting for almost 2 hours to see if the deal would work. Never going there again! This place is super shady.
Sales team were extremely helpful. Jimmy and Calen are both extremely helpful and the utmost professionals I have ever delt with in the car business. Purchased a beautiful GMC Acadia today for my wife, and looking forward to a GMC Canyon for me in the near future. We will be back! Keep up the good work gentlemen.

Don't make an appointment in the service department, it's pointless. On 3/16 my wife's appointment for a oil change was at 8am. At 1115 she was still WAITING.
