Great Customer Service! Trey went above and beyond. I found a car online that was at their pre-owned car lot. Trey brought the car to me at my office, let me test drive it, then took my vehicle back to his dealership for appraisal. Easiest car buying experience ever! In and out of dealership and its finance office in less than an hour! Great job guys!
They wouldn't service my 2015 Acadia because I didn't purchase it with them. They are supposed to honor the 2 year maintenance, and they said they wouldn't. Horrible customer service. Capital Buick GMC took me though, and I bought it at Ross Downing. I can't help it if they beat your prices. I will never do business with Gerry Lane!!!
I've had many dealings with the service department and for the most part they have been very courteous, helpful, and accommodating. However, after this last experience with this service LADY, I will NEVER visit this dealership again. Very impersonal, rude and disrespectful.
