I set up an appointment to have my 2020 HD Denail vehicle looked at on 9/27/22 at 7am. I arrived at 6:40am and was the 10th person in line. I proceeded to let them take my vehicle and check in. Thinking it would be fine because I had an appointment. I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Gerry Lane!!! This is super lengthy, but I’m PISSED!!! We go pick out a vehicle a couple weeks ago, sign paperwork after they promised to fix a couple things! The rear bumper had a crack in the paint, and there was a scratch on the left front door & left rear door & they were going to look at the brakes! I go to pick up the vehicle 2 days later.. RecommendedMy husband and I have purchased two vehicles and had them delivered to our front door in Orange Beach, AL. Cedric, Sherrard & the entire staff at Gerry Lane are incredible. The customer service is by far the best we’ve ever received in all of our years of buying vehicles.
I don’t recommend this place for your New Vehicle purchase I was with my friend to buy a vehicle and we had the worst experience ever... rude managers

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, John Robert whom I dealt with. This was horrible experience and I would NEVER do business again with this dealer. They lied about details of the vehicle, lied about financing, was not helpful on a service issue that turned out to be a complete fiasco. The bumper was to be painted and they could not match the color of the car. The body shop failed completely and provided poor work or won’t your vehicle to look like a clown car. Truly the easiest vehicle buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Our salesman, Sherrard Davidson, was top notch. He spent a few days tracking down the perfect truck for my husband and then went above and beyond to help me surprise him! Make sure you ask for Sherrard, super cool guy and definitely goes the extra mile for his clients!

This dealership has to be the WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GMC dealership in Louisiana. If something happens to your automobile on their property they will call you a liar and talk to you in a very condescending manner and say that they would bet money $8 thousand dollars to be exact that the issue didn’t happen at the dealership and your issue is not their problem

I normally do not make posts like this but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They talk big game but DO NOT DELIVER! If you are having issues with a brand new car like the radio completely blacking out, or the back up camera coming on when you're in park, or the radio not shutting off even if your car is off and you done opened and closed the door, or radio not turning off or down, etc.. they will not fix it just tell you oh well its not doing it right now.
