RecommendedThank you to all of the staff at Germantown Veterinary Clinic, especially Dr. Tidd, who performed surgery on Edward and cared for him afterwards through all of his follow-ups. Everyone was supportive, patient, and kind.
My 17 yr was told her visit would be $35 for her hamster. Was charged $57 plus $36 that was also "erroneously" added. I was not with her and I believe they took advantage of a naive, distraught young girl. I went in and got her reimbursed, but they would not have had I not called. Told them they should be ashamed.

My family and I have taken 5 dogs to Germantown Vet over 30 years! Our dogs have had routine care, surgeries, acupuncture, and boarding. The Doctors and techs have always been caring and willing to discuss alternatives. We always felt like all of us were getting personal, committed care, even as the staff changed over the years. We recently moved to Frederick, but still come back to Germantown for the care and service we trust.
