Came in this morning to drop my 3 dogs off for baths and they were all greeted by name by the front desk staff, so was the pup that came in behind us. Everyone wagged their tail wildly when they saw their buddies from the 'spa" staff came out to get them for bathtime- No one was scared to go with them. At pick up time I watched staff members help a Mom with 2 young children bring her dog to the car and someone else carry the cat carrier to the car of a senior citizen.
