I was very reluctant to leave my last vet that I had been with for close to 20 years, but I moved and needed a vet that was close. This is one high tech clinic! And EVERYONE was so friendly! Additionally, they were very thorough with my Benjamin's first visit. They treated him like "family" which is what he is to me! Also they offer doggie daycare and boarding. I can't say enough good things about this place!
Dr. Croen was great, as always. First visit with the tech, Tiffany, who was amazing with both our Maltese and my two boys who came along for the visit. Kaylee has been coming here since she was a puppy and I can't imagine going anywhere else as long as we have pets in the family.
In 2009, I had to find a new vet for my cats. I stopped by the Germantown Veterinary Clinic. When I walked through the door, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and gave me brochures about the practice, the vets, boarding, etc. Immediately, I knew this was the place, and, to this day, still is. Thanks to the vets and staff for their excellent, customer-friendly service. The only place for my cats--and, me!!!
I truly can not express enough how much I love Germantown Vet. Every single staff member is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Their top priority is making sure that they provide your pet with the best care possible. I am so thankful for finding them 7 years ago and for the comfort and hospitality they provided both Jaden and myself each and every visit and especially her last. : ( Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
They perform declawing of cats, which is an unnecessary and cruel procedure equivalent to cutting off fingers at the knuckle. The declawed cat will be in severe pain for the rest of his or her life, because the owner is too lazy/impatient to do behavior modification and there are vets like this more than happy to make money off of the animals' misery.
This is the first vet clinic I have gone to where I trust every single vet and vet tech with my dogs. Not only are they quick with getting you in an exam room and seen, but they are very patient with my dogs. This is very important to me since one is *very* anxious and the other is a little snippy. They always take the time to make sure the visit was as positive for each dog.
Love the staff so friendly and helpful. All the vets and technicians are beyond helpful and patient with my dogs and cats. Cost is high but the quality of care is exceptional and only the best for my furkids
