We recently lost our 14 year old sweet dog, Charlie girl, who has been treated at Germantown for most of her life. She had been quite ill over the last year and it was time to say goodbye. Even though she had been ill, this was unexpected; things took a turn for the worse very quickly. Dr. Croen was very kind and compassionate. She walked us through the process, answered our questions and allowed us the time we needed to process our loss and say goodbye to Charlie. Hello from Jersey, we were visiting family and needed to board our Doodle (4 month old) for the weekend. Everyone there were very prompt and responsive. They verified the vaccinations with our vet in NJ and gave him the one which he didnt take. Check-in was effortless and pleasant. The place is a perfect balance between a clinic and a resort. When we went to pick up Messi, he was happy, smelling fresh and we suspect he has learned a thing or two. Messi gives A++++.
We took our ball python Ekans(Bubba) there yesterday for a checkup and all of the staff was super friendly. Everyone was so excited to interact with him and were very caring and gentle with him. Our doctor, Dr. Porter, called today just to see how he was doing and see if we had anymore questions! Definitely reccomend if you want ro have a vet that truly cares and shows it!

We started taking my Boxer to GVC as a pup, he's now 10 years. He's had quite a few issues with growths under the skin. They've taken care of the issues and have treated him like family... he loves going to visit (checkups) :)
