Our dog unexpectedly passed away this past Saturday, after an appointment with Germantown Vet. We frantically called the office after hours and there was no emergency contact. We sent an email and received no response back. Received a call from them Monday morning, I explained to them that our dog had passed away on Saturday. i just wanted to say thank you to everyone at The Germantown Veterinary Clinic, especially Dr Rizol for being so kind over the last few weeks and especially today when we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Sally. Because of there kindness and understanding they helped us make it through a very difficult day. We will be forever grateful.

The best TLC!!! Here it is the time of Coronavirus, and Sonny needed a nail trim & cleaning. While there, they noticed that a previous injury had resurfaced. The receptionists, techs, boarding team & doctors are all outstanding! 5/5 paws! Oh, and when Sonny sticks his tongue out, he’s happy!
I've had 3 cats as patients there over the last 10 years. Always received great, friendly service.
We've taken all our dogs here for years. Everyone is so helpful, understanding and comforting in any situation. It is obvious they love what they do. Thank you everyone. Your help and support has been so meaningful
