Nick and Josh seemed really nice to deal with. Was going to hold off and wait, but decided to give them a chance. Between 6 pm sat and 1130 sunday 9 inquiries to my credit. Even told Josh after seeing the 3 pulls Saturday I told him I was not happy with that many inquiries. Low and behold 6 more today. I purchased a 2018 rav4 limited from Leo Fischer. He is absolutely the very best. I found this car accidentally on the internet. It was absolutely loaded and only had 9,980 miles. Had a wonderful experience at Toyota. Virgilio Juarez was great and was able to speak to my wife and I in Spanish which made the process smooth. He was very informative and to the point. Also Dora in finance help ten fold, she gave us great advice on what type warranty for the lease we purchase. Thank you to you before.
While the two salesmen and manager we met seemed friendly, we arrived to an appointment that had been confirmed via email to test drive a vehicle. The email was received around 6pm yesterday, our appointment was at 10am today, and by some miracle, the vehicle wasn't in stock, but a newer one was??? Felt duped and left disappointed. Maybe if we were in the market for a new vehicle with a larger price tag, things would've miraculously worked out.
