I am very dissatisfied with my leasing experience.after signing the agreement I was told that I had to buy some maintenance services and was told that my warranty were only good for a year and had to buy more and that If I did not buy these things I would owe Germain Toyota thousands. Damien Reed is by far one of the most amazing service managers I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to make the repairs of my car effortless. Super nice. Always in contact with me and did more than he should have to accommodate my needs.
