Very dishonest set of managers and associates. Trained to make money and not earn your business. Would not even try to negotiate with you. Just a simple we cant be where you want. What does that even mean? Are there no offers or even the effort to treat me with respect and possibly earn my business? I was very disappointed in getting a "Bait and Switch" on a vehicle that was not even available. I went through the ON LINE information center, have SEVERAL confirmations of an LE Model Sienna for $36,000 new. When I arrived for my appointment I was shown that there were only Higher end $47K models all with 3,000 miles on them.
The nicest people to deal with. Extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. Excellent experience in all aspects.

I went there and decided not to purchase . After that they would not stop calling me for days . Very Annoying and unprofessional .

I wish I could give them zero stars. They sent me pictures of the car, had me test drive the car and when it came to buying the car at the end they claimed to notice their was a mistake and that they car they sent me pictures of, confirmed price over the phone prior to me driving 45 mins to buy it and then the car they had me Test drive was not the right car and they made a mistake and here’s the real price and didn’t care to pull the bait and switch. Never buy a car here.

I purchased the car over the phone, since I was out of town and she handled everything for me, including delivering the car to my home!
