Every time I go there (which was for recalls) they try to “sell” me something wrong with my car. I will never go to this place again. I would actually rather pay someone else than go to Germain. 😕 They tried to tell me my oil plug was stripped and couldn’t change my oil but when I went to my regular place they changed my oil just fine. 🤷🏻♀️
