I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon which I purchased in January 2020 at your used car dealership next door. I also happened to purchase a service package and extended warranty for convenience. I also wanted your dealership to find out why my automatic start/stop feature quit working. In the end I was only able to have my oil changed. As for the auto start/stop I was told your service department cannot run diagnostics on a Jeep Wrangler. I agreed to purchase a used Prius plug-in for $11,400. It took over 8 hours for the salesperson to send me the requested Buyer's Order for my credit union and it was not the agreed to price. They upped the listed price by $3,600 dollars.

Had a wonderful experience with our salesman Leo Fischer. After I expressed interest in a pre owned Jeep he keep in contact until I was able to test drive it. First Jeep and he explained how to use various features of the Jeep. Our test drive was relaxed and he was willing to sit in the back seat of a two door Jeep (good sport) for the ride and navigate a nice route for the test drive.
