The service was excellent!! Justin Yoeger met me as soon as I drove into the service area and after my brief explanation of the problem he set up an appointment. The issue required that the vehicle be kept for two days. Justin kept me informed during that time. He was extremely helpful in arranging for another vehicle to use and upon pickup of my vehicle he arranged that the rental return was handled, very convenient for me. I had my car serviced at Germain Lincoln and was very impressed with the whole process. Justin Yoerger was the gentleman I dealt with and his attentiveness to my car and its service was excellent. My car was serviced for every concern I had along with some normal maintenance and was completed in a timely manner. Since they discovered a brake issue and had to redo the brakes Justin arranged for a car so we did not have to wait for the repairs. This was again an excellent experience with the Staff of Germaine Lincoln. I was greeted promptly by Justin Y. Both when I brought in my vehicle & when I left. He reviewed the recall repairs & the regular service work that was done. Two thing I appreciated most was keeping me informed about length of repair & the loaner vehicle which was a Lincoln. This review is being written by Lou Ann Piela and not Katherine Piela Wippert. Justin Yoerger has always handled my car service and is just wonderfull to work with. Whenever I have questions regarding a feature in my car he is so helpful to make sure I know how the feature works. He is very polite and professional when working with me. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. He is a definate asset to your dealership.

Justin Yoerger was my service advisor for my recent visit to Germain. As usual, he was very friendly, yet professional and well informed. He was able to resolve the maintenance issue on my vehicle and had me on my way very expeditiously. It has always been a pleasure dealing with him and his colleagues.

I was met outside by Scott Moessner when I drove up for my six months check-up on my 2015 MKS. He was so friendly, as if we had known each other for years. Asked if I had any problems or questions, which I answered no. He escorted me in to the coffee counter and introduced me. The young lady there was so nice. Coffee, breakfast roll and invited me to sit and make myself comfortable. The whole process was great. Thank you for having such a good program for this service. Shirley Byrne
