Germain Lincoln always takes care of my vehicle needs and purchases. From greeting my by name when I arrived to getting my car for me when I was ready to leave he was on top of it all. If you need service at Germain Lincoln Scott Moessner is the man to go to for Service and John Stone for your purchases.. But I must add that everyone else I dealt with that day and every time I've gone to Lincoln, they went out of their way to make this a good experience.
Stopped to check out the new Navigator and was provided zero to nothing customer service by Vince. I will take my business to Ft Myers where I’ll be treated with more respect.
UPDATE: Justin is the new Service Manager and he is AWESOME!! He was able to get the MKX all squared away. All recalls performed and issues repaired. If you’re having issues work with Justin - he’ll give you 110% and no BS. Thanks Justin & Techs!! Salesman was great. Vehicle should still have warranty (Certified Pre Owned) as Lincoln states it’s 6 years from original date vehicle placed into service. My Service Advisor Justin Yoerger is excellent, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I always feel confident in taking his advice. He is extremely accommodating in setting appointments for me. As a side comment, the lady who serves coffee and snacks is one of the nicest people that I have ever met. She and Justin work at making my visit as pleasant as possible
