We just took delivery on our third Lincoln MKT (2009, 2013, and newest 2017). Sal Copolla was the best! He located our third white Lincoln across the state and had it delivered to us as soon as possible. Justin Yoerger handled the pre-delivery service which was perfect! Everything is always outstanding, from personnel, to treats, to service. An outstanding dealership.
Very poor. Dealer did not contact me. Had to call them to get additional information on car which they did not provide. Was told that I must come to dealership if I wanted to learn (gather) information. As you can image attitude of sales person was like he was doing me a favor by just taking my call.
I have had Justin Yoerger as the lead service person on my Lincolns for the past three years. Whether the service is routine, a recall or a more complicated issue I have been treated courteously by a true professional. I ask for Justin on any and all service visits. The dealership also goes above and beyond to make your wait comfortable while service on the vehicle is performed.
I HAVE BEEN BUYING LINCOLN'S FROM GERMAIN FOR SOME 25 YEARS OR MORE. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT THE GREATEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCES THERE AND THAT IS WHY I KEEP GOING BACK. THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD TO ME. DAVE KERN HAS SOLD ME MANY CARS OVER THE YEARS AND HAS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND AND SO HAS THE REST OF THE STAFF. THEY ARE NOT PRESSURE PEOPLE. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME - EVERYONE.
