I was met outside by Scott Moessner when I drove up for my six months check-up on my 2015 MKS. He was so friendly, as if we had known each other for years. Asked if I had any problems or questions, which I answered no. He escorted me in to the coffee counter and introduced me. The young lady there was so nice. Coffee, breakfast roll and invited me to sit and make myself comfortable. The whole process was great. Thank you for having such a good program for this service. Shirley Byrne

Justin Yoerger was our service manager this past Friday when Germain Lincoln dealership hosted a gala cocktail party for the new showroom. We needed an air shock and had a loaner car. Justin said we could pick up the car and return our loaner on Friday, thus saving us a trip since we wanted to attend the gala. The reception for the showroom was magnificent. We have a 2006 Lincoln Town car which we love and don't wish to purchase a smaller vehicle. We are waiting for your Continental to come on the scene....getting excited ab... read more
