They replied promptly to my inquiry. Even though it was only a used car, we were treated respectfully and attended to courteously. We ultimately bought the car. Subsequent to paying for the vehicle, when they were detailing it for delivery, they determined that even though there was only 33,000 miles on the tires and they still had plenty of serviceable tread, they were the original tires and, therefore, ten (10) years old and should be replaced.
