The Gering Bakery has been baking goodies from scratch since 1950. The bakery is owned and managed by Ron Ahlers, a master baker and Chris Ahlers. Ron was one of the first 500 certified bakers in the United States. One of the unique aspects of the business is its use of all fresh ingredients -- no pre-made mixes are used. I've had 2 awesome experiences with Gering Bakery! They delivered a single cupcake to my Dad at his workplace, want sure if they would deliver for such a small order. They just did a 30th anniversary cake for my parents. I asked for them to copy my parents wedding cake and they did a beautiful job!!!
