The Gering Bakery has been baking goodies from scratch since 1950. The bakery is owned and managed by Ron Ahlers, a master baker and Chris Ahlers. Ron was one of the first 500 certified bakers in the United States. One of the unique aspects of the business is its use of all fresh ingredients -- no pre-made mixes are used. I would give 10 of the bakeries around me in LA for just one GB location out here!! The cabbage burgers are the BEST.
I learned they make cream horn pasteries similar to those from my childhood home. I called and had two dozen shipped for our Christmas family gathering. The staff was so kind to me and the pasteries were AMAZING. My family was so thrilled to enjoy these pasteries. Thank you !

Advertise Christmas tree cookies on Facebook that are not even in the bakery only sugar cookies on top of counter for $6.99 a box. I go to the bakery not offered hot chocolate or cappuccino like they said would be available. Only cookies available thanksgiving turkey iced cookies for $2.69 each, two people in there trying to decorate window before parade with totes all over the floor no organization what do ever. Cake 1 needed to be fixed , cake 2 was simple I asked for words in a bubble and cake 3 I asked for a cut of of Nebraska huskers N instead I got a plain cake with lettering and 4 small balloons lol I guess they didnt even wright the order down just what it was supposed to say lol oh and my aunts birthday was ruined thanks gering bakery I applaud u
Best place to get a cake made by Jenn. She has always came through and been able to make everything I have requested! Jenn is by far the best cake designer out there!
