Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was the waiting area spacious? They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
