Gerald is awesome! Had a problem with an attorney who didn't want to do his job to fix my deed of trust, well let's just say Gerald knows the art of psychological warfare! My deed was corrected 2 days later! I will recommend him to anyone I know in/moving to the Triangle. Always responds promptly and kept me up to speed on all the details of my transaction. He's smart and I trusted him 1000%. Plus, he only charges 1%??? C'mon!! Hire him! Gooooo, do it right meow!
