Buying the car took too long, dealer does not stand behind their word, waved it off as a communication problem, dealer prep cost and etc is not included in the initial price discussion, they wait until you in the finance office before you discover that, rebate amount is not explained or the other fees, sticker price is confusing, can't find the other thousand dollars I supposedly saved, Buyer beware as I was not. Nice car though, might be worth the trip to Columbia.
Buyer beware is an understatement! This dealership has defined the term predatory lending in dealing with my 67 year old Aunt. She received a notice that there was an emissions recall on her car, so she took it to the dealership for what should have been a free repair. Got our "scratch and win" mailer an entire month late. Thank you USPS for saving us the time and effort of trying to claim a phony prize, and the trouble of missing out. Also, glad I saw these reviews to know y'all run a business based on shady and mean tactics. To tell someone they won a car and blame their not winning on "the fine print" that has been so carefully worded it is intentionally made to be deceitful is low, and it will not gain any business from my family. I had my recall scheduled for about 2 weeks, I got there yesterday and pulled into the service dept the guy at the computer couldn't find my name or appt, he then asked the lady behind him to look and he told me to go into the waiting area and someone would be in to help.....well I waited for about 30 minutes and no one came do I went back out and the man said I told her to check she said I didn't hear him and they laughed!!!! Then she said they would get right on it and I still had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour!!!! ... read more
Total scammers!!! Thank goodness I read the other reviews on here about the bait and switch flyers in the mail making it appear that you have won an awesome prize. I then read the fine print and was so glad I didn't drive an hour just to realize it was all fake. Shame on you Gerald Jones Mazda! I will never purchase a car from you! Deceit will definitely cost you some business!
