had the lower control arms replaced on my CX7, under a recall notice, wife brought the car home complaining it was difficult to steer- pulled hard to the right. Gerald Jones paper work said they did an alignment, however, I took the car to another shop (Tires Plus) and the alignment was never done. the tie rod nuts were corroded and had to be heated to loosen. bottom line: they did not do the work they said they did.
if your in the market for a car, I highly recommend this location! fast friendly and great service! no hassling at all! I've bought a few new cars and this place was the fastest and best place yet!
Mr. Charlie Royal is a wonderful salesman that love his job. He sold me a 2018 CX5 Mazda in which I'm liking it. he is well knowledgeable on the different vehicles at the site. once again Mr. royal thanks for a job well done.
