Went In this afternoon for a tire issue. I was in and out quickly. Everyone was very friendly!
I decided I needed something bigger when the car I had couldnt meet my need of moving my craft projects of all sizes from home to church. The salesman Eric, was very helpful in ensuring the cx5 was going to meet my needs. And even went as far as demonstrating the typical material I use would easily fit. Eric made the whole experience an enjoyable one and his knowledge on the mazda line was very extensive. Charlie was great! He went through the process and showed me all the available financing and beat my credit union. But the car is the real story. My wife loves her Mazda and all the features.
I too wish they had a less than a 1 rating drove one hour to the place and one hour back home. I called first and they definitely told me that I won the 10,000 gift card I asked the person on the phone again if I won and he said yes and to come down to claim your prize. Stay away from this place it is an establishment you do not want to do business with. The guy did not tell me that the 2nd numbers had to match the one on the board. Went to Gerald Jones Mazda today for their flyer extravaganza what a scam they are doing to people telling them they won a big prize having them come down to their store and finding out that they only won a lottery ticket, stay away from this place and go to Bob Richard's Toyota and be treated with respect when you want to buy a car. I would recommend their business highly. I repeat stay away save your time and gas to go there. I would not recommend this to no one. I give it a minus 5 rating.
A scam. That's all this place is. Not worth anyone's time, yet alone money.
I wish there was an option for less than one star. Dirtiest, most unethical business practice I've ever seen. They send out a contest flyer with a scratch off. The scratch off indicates you won a grand prize. I called them and they even said (after taking my confirmation number...which means they knew it was a lie) "It looks like you're one of our grand prize winners...we're open until 8pm...can you come by". I drive 45 minutes over to sit through a sales pitch. Then they take my confirmation number again and tell me that I'... read more
