I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I also have a screenshot from the calendar appointment verifying this. When my wife arrived they used the term "tire balance and rotation" which is significantly more expensive and the balance was unneeded. She "approved" assuming this is what I scheduled and approved. The service "manager" was rude and would not make it right. My wife spent over 3 hours waiting . I suspect that this is common practice.
Was told yesterday that I needed 4 new tires at a price just less than $900 … but they didn’t have those so it went to $1042. They could provide a discount of $100 and $70 rebate. I rejected the offer, drove to the local tire shop, the owner checked all 4 tires and told me I had another 8 - 10000 miles on these tires. No words to describe my disappointment of the Honda Dealership and staff they employ.
Purchased a Honda Generator starter assembly though ****, original order process went well and item arrived and was installed and functioned, however the new part failed after a few uses and I contacted them where I dealt with a Mr. Nicholas H*****, who promptly said that the item would be replaced and sent to me. That part was OK however that's where it ends, a few responses to my emails promised shipment the following week, one even offered explanation of set up with *** **. No shipment ever received. Gerald Jones Honda entered an unauthorized transaction claiming I turned in my leased car when I did not. I bought my lease out on my own directly with Honda. My check was cashed the day after receipt by Honda leasing. It's now been one month and I still don't have the title for my car because I have been told there are transactions that still need to take place. Crazy this place is absolutely the worst customer service!!! First I purchased a car two weeks ago, a car I didn't like or want I might add. The salesmen was great only good pet about this experience!!! The management ***** there bed side manor horrible and they treat you like 1st rate ****. Beyond frustrated with my 2019 Honda **** and the service of Gerald Jones Honda in Augusta, GA. A roaring noise was reported at the second service appointment in December 2019 (a few months after the initial purchase in April 2019). The technician noted uneven tread wear in the notes and mentioned that it could be a defect with the tires. I requested a tire warranty (since I purchased this at the time of car purchase) and was told they wouldn't approve it as they sell those plans but proving it and getting a warranty replace... read more
