After tons of research we chose a Hot Springs Tub from Georgia Spa Company last year and could not be happier. They were top notch from the time we walked in the door. There is a learning and curve and the customer service from Amanda and the tech Trace were wonderful. They are all led by Josh, the general manager who is incredibly responsive and professional. I would highly recommend their product and the services that they offer.

We love the new hot tub we purchased from Georgia Spa Co. in Kennesaw. Mark Baker was very helpful in the selection of our hot tub, he listened to our needs and did not try to push into on we did not want. Our delivery and set up men, Quack and Cameron, were amazing and so friendly, they made sure every question was answered before they left.
We purchased a Hot Tub from Mark Baker in Kennesaw. He answered all our questions numerous times. They held it for us for 6 months before we built a sunken deck for the hot tub to set down in. That you Ga Spas for the great experience we are having with our purchase.
What an amazing group of people who made our spa purchase so easy. From our friendly knowledgeable salesperson to the installation team, each and every one of them was customer focused at all times. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends without hesitation. Great job !!!
Great service, price/financing, and delivery - in addition to being very good and efficient and their jobs, everyone we interacted with was very friendly and responsive - only positive thoughts for this groups and business!
We bought a hot tub a couple of weeks ago from The Mall of Georgia store. Great experience from start to finish. It was delivered super fast and the support has been great. David was our sales rep and he was not high pressure and was patient with us though all of our questions. We love our hot tub!
