This is an update to the 1 star post I did yesterday. Visited Ga. Spa yesterday afternoon and found out "the rest of the story" . I apologized to the people at Ga. Spa for really not knowing everything. They then took it upon themselves to show my husband and I a truly satisfying experience. Because my mind was changed ( even in my old age I can still do that) we ended up PURCHASING AN ENDLESS SWIM POOL and I simply cannot wait for it to arrive !
Leo at the Athens location was great! There was no pressure to make a hasty choice, and he helped me find the Hot Springs model I was looking for at the warehouse. The delivery was on time, and the electrician had everything prepared at the moment the tub arrived for a seamless process. This was especially noteworthy considering that getting the line out might have challenged other electricians. Based on my experience thus far, Hot Springs is better than ever and well worth the investment.
Matt helped us pick out the best hot tub for our needs. He was super knowledgeable, and we didn't feel any pressure, the entire experience at the showroom was a lot of fun! Georgia Spa did an amazing job coordinating delivery and the electrician, both arrived and finished at the same time, which was really convenient. This is our first hot tub purchase and Leo Arsenault in the Athens location made the process a smooth one. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. Customer service at its finest! I would highly recommend you visit him if you are looking for a hot tub.
We recently purchased a spa from Mark Baker at the Kennesaw location. We loved the experience of shopping at Georgia Spa Company, and we felt no pressure! Mark answered all of our questions with obvious knowledge and helped us find the best spa for us. Can't wait to enjoy it for years to come!
I have been a customer of this location for several years although I live closer to their other locations. The staff at this location always offers the best customer service experience. They are always very helpful regardless if you are there to spend $50 or $5,000. They not only have great spas but a wonderful selection of top name grills. I purchased a Traeger Grill on my recent visit to the store.
Worked with Mark Baker in the Kennesaw store. Great service! He really knows his products, follows up beautifully, and is great to work with. My new spa is amazing! By all means, give them a call!
