This place is way too expensive for college students. They charge for everything. Parking is extra, they increase rent, they will hit you with repair fees when you move out, and they even charge fees just for making payments!!! The furnishings look good but are cheap quality. Don't overpay for your kids education by spending this much for an apartment. There are much better choices for students. The staff is friendly but you will get hit hard in the pocketbook at this place.
Wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Georgia Heights has the best residents and employees. They are quick about maintenance repairs and give us free food all the time!!
Lived here for both years of my MBA. The location cannot be beat (8 min walk door to door to classes). The staff also was extremely helpful when I was working on a real estate project for class. The insights the staff provided became a critical aspect to the project. Best place in Athens!
With close to 20,000 Sq Ft of Roof Space not an inch has solar panels!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST LEASING OFFICE IN ATHENS.
Love living here. The CAs are great and it feels like we live in a nice hotel. Lol
