Verified Renter Love living here, very convenient location to campus and downtown. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The amenities here are also very nice and pretty. I love studying in the common areas!

Verified Renter My move in went very smoothly and so far everything has been amazing! My only complaint is that the elevator next to the parking spots 300-315 doesn’t go up to floor 3. It’s just a little inconvenient since I live on the third floor. Other than that, the apartment is very nice and clean, the people are so welcoming, the amenities are awesome, and the location of the building is incredible as a UGA student.

Georgia Heights I had the pleasure of touring Georgia Heights in downtown Athens with Diamond, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant scene in Athens. Whether you're looking to grab a bite, shop, or enjoy the nightlife, everything is just a short walk away. If you're considering moving to Athens or just want to know more about the area, I highly recommend taking a tour with Diamond.

Live at Georgia Heights! We looked at several downtown locations for our daughter. Georgia Heights offered the best location. The building security was appealing. It was clear that they consider this a priority which is important when living downtown. The building is very clean. Staff addresses concerns immediately. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ashlyn has been a pleasure to deal with when having to call the office. I would highly recommend these apartments.
