I am so happy and relieved to have found Georgia Drainage specialists, Acme inc. I sent an email and video of my horrible drainage issue on a Sunday. UPDATE: This review is changed from 5 to 1 star. The drainage that was installed did not fix our drainage problems and just redirected it to a new spot. I've been trying to contact the company for weeks and now it looks like they closed this business and/or changed the name to Acme. The website is gone and emails bounce back. I paid thousands of dollars to fix our drainage, regrade, and get new sod and the sod is dying. They also said the sod had a warranty but didn't provide it and now they are closed. I cannot recommend Georgia Drainage Specialists under any circumstance. I had three scheduled appointments with them and they missed all three. They cancelled the first one due to a lawsuit with the company. They rescheduled the second one due to a conflict at a jobsite and finally, they no-showed for the third appointment without any communication whatsoever. We recently had GDS design a solution for the more frequent torrential rains which were flooding our backyard and pool. The design was a number of French drains with a 6” outflow pipe and re routing downspouts underground around the front of our home. We are very happy with the work GDS and specifically Raul and his team did. Raul was great to talk to and happy to explain the plan or hear your feedback/concerns.
