We stayed at the Georgetown Inn for 4 nights in late June and could not be more pleased with our choice. The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean and quiet, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and the food in the restaurant was pretty good! All in all, I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and will stay there again if we make our way back to Washington! Great trip!
Stayed there one night, and I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and worthy of another stay in the future. Small bath room. Bar was well stocked and breakfast was good. Great location off M Street.
We stayed at the Georgetown Inn for a weekend visiting friends in the area. Close to many food places, lots of shopping and a short cab ride to the monuments and museums. If you fly in..just catch a can from the airport. Plenty within walking distance of this hotel & valet parking is pricey (not many parking options in Georgetown). I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and quaint room we were placed in. The room was on the sixth floor and had a great view; we could see the Washington Monument from our room. The location is perfect as well, it's directly on Wisconsin Ave., and is surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. As far as service goes, the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and the valet was really flexible and friendly as well. If you have any reason to visit Georgetown (or DC for that matter), you should try the Georgetown Inn. Great location, staff and restaurant. Convenient walking to shops, GU, great restaurants, and the charm of Georgetown.
Right in the middle of Georgetown -- friendly, efficient staff, nice room, great locale. The shuttle bus that loops the city is a great option for getting to the mall, museums, etc. Rent a bike, too. You're right near river trails. Recommended.
This was our first trip to the area and we could not be more pleased with the choice of Georgetown Inn. It is an elegant hotel in a fantastic location, right in the middle of the Georgetown neighborhood and within walking distance of the University. All employees, from the front desk personnel to the manager to the valet, were excellent and professional. Our room was lovely and the beds amazingly comfortable.
