The hotel is in the center of Georgetown thus very close to shops and restaurants. Georgetown University is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is vintage but in good condition. Our room was cozy and clean and meet our basic needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.
My family and I recently stayed at The Georgetown Inn and we absolutely loved the location, in the heart of Georgetown, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The concierge staff was friendly and welcoming, and the valet staff were top notch
We stayed in the Georgetown Inn for three nights in June and it was superb. the room was huge and very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and really friendly and the overall atmosphere was just so relaxed. The location in Georgetown couldn't be better and connection to central Washington is easy on the new Circulatory Bus route that stops just outside the front door.
Quiet effective air conditioning, friendly staff, clean room.
What a charming hotel. The location couldn't be better, the accommodations were terrific, and we had both dinner and breakfast there. All delicious. We have already made reservations to return for school drop off and parent's weekend.
We chose this hotel for its location, central to Georgetown, yet walking distance to northern VA, incl walking trails to Arlington Cemetery and Iwo J. A city bus stop is directly outside, which connects to points north and east; the closest Metro is reached by long walk or taxi. A public bike stand is a block away, where bikes can be rented daily; CVS, 7-11 are close by. Had the 2-queen-beds room, it was cosy and kinda roomy. Overall, great stay!
Want to stay in the trendy Georgetown where all the cool stores and restaurants are located, here is Georgetown Inn. Great staff. Comfortable hotel, modernly designed. Large and inviting bar with nice atmosphere. Spacy room and bathroom. And to top it off, very fair price.
Lovely stay, upgraded to a suite. Terrific location and great place for having breakfast. The rotating Madame Tussaud exhibit in the lobby was a hoot (we were pleased to have Jackie Kennedy).All and all, a very pleasant hotel.
