Thanks for the great review Lori! See you again soon
The Rhode Island clam chowder tasted like it was either watered down or cut with chicken stock. When it was placed in front of me it smelled like Cambell's chicken noodle soup. My moscow mule was weak and the clam cakes, were cakes with minimal amount of clams. My french fries wernt left in the fryer long enough and were luke warm. The hot sauce and the oyster crackers were the best part of the meal. I was excited to see you were open in January and went to enjoy the 1948 prices. Im sure you are use to serving large crowds. ... read more

Thanks for the great review Pat! See you back soon!
As a child in Narragansett we frequented George's to pick up clam cakes and watch the boats come in. As an adult I have had only delicious food and attentive service on my annual trips to RI. Love this place and have brought many friends from Arizona who all love it too!

Chowder & clamcakes, yes they are. To get a $4.00 lobster roll, you have to order a main entry. I ordered a $22 seafood platter, and asked for the $4 lobster roll packaged to go. They said it wasn’t good on take out! Even their table advertising didn’t say that. My grandson was ordering seafood marinara, also a $23 entree, but he was denied as ... read more
