Excellent in every aspect of the visit
I was asked to arrive 30 minutes before my procedure. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting area. Dr.Kunze and all the staff were very nice. I didn't feel a thing!
Very positive. No pain or discomfort at all. It was all over and I didn't even know it at started.
The Staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Kunze answered all my questions and relayed all pertinent information to my son, who is my health care proxy.
My colonoscopy was done at Highland Hospital. My husband was able to go with me to the waiting area until I was called, and he was with me to talk with the doctor after the procedure was over. I was very appreciative of that. Everyone I encountered while there, including Dr. Kunze, was helpful, respectful, friendly.
The check in process was smooth and easy. After being checked in and prepared by the nursing staff I was brought down to the room where the procedure was done. The staff in there gave me a quick explanation of what they were doing and before I knew it I was waking up in recovery. While in recovery the doctor came in and explained to me what he had found and what to expect over the next few days. He was thorough in his explanation and I was comfortable with what he said. Dr. Kunze is very careful to explain everything carefully and in a caring manner. I highly recommend him.
In a Frenzy world and Covid nightmares, I thought Dr. Kunze and his team did an excellent job. I was quite surprised that I was awake for the Colonoscopy procedure as the last two I was off In LaLa land. Thank you to all.
