From my pre visit to the day of my procedure the staff and Dr. Kunze were wonderful. I felt safe, well looked after and as if I was more than a name.
The entire visit was a very positive experience. The receptionist and nursing staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses were especially pleasant. Dr. Kunze did a great job. He came back to talk to me after the procedure and I really appreciated that contact. Highly recommend this Dr.
I have been to this facility twice in 3 months and I received excellent care and everybody was very kind.
Very personable and kind staff
Dr.Kuntze has been both my husband and my Dr. for years. He is competent and comforting at all times. My husband has Crones and IBS. I have Barrett esophagus and acid reflux. Dr Kuntze and his staff have made talking about uncomfortable situations comfortable. He checks on us after procedures. He is informed about what is available for our conditions. Dr. Kuntze and his staff are amazing especially Makenzie. He has changed our lives.
No one wants to have a colonoscopy. But, compared to others I have had, the prep they prescribed was much more tolerable than others I have had. The first nurse got my IV in one try, which for me is very stressful because usually it takes multiple tries. Everyone was friendly and kept me informed as to what was happening next. But hearing Dr Kunze interact with the staff, laughing and talking, spoke volumes. I have had doctors in the past that are very short with their staff or act like they can't be bothered with them.
