I was not impressed. None of my insurance or I’d info transferred from the Batavia office. They didn’t know why I was there. They weren’t very friendly at the front desk. The nurse/pa was semi friendly but still wasn’t really fully informed either. Even this review link is disappointing…I can’t answer the next question because it won’t let me select no.
I never feel rushed when I meet with Dr Kunze. He listens patiently, asks relevant questions, and leaves me feeling confident.
Dr Kunze spends time explaining things and answers all my questions and concerns. Not a typical MD that seems in a rush to move on to the next patient. He is very knowledgeable, kind and shows genuine interest in my overall health and care.
All office staff pleasant, kind and caring. Dr. Kunze was thorough and took time for explanation of details of test results and allowed for time for any and all questions and concerns.
I had a procedure done, and everything went smoothly, from the time I arrived to the time I left.
Dr. Kunze was very informative and compassionate in his explanation of the procedure.
Very caring doctor. Does not rush your appointment and give time for you to ask questions.
