Dr. Kunze has supported me during my 10+ years as a patient with Crohn’s disease. He is attentive and thorough. Although I’ve had several colonoscopies, he takes time to go over details with me and my family. When I’ve had issues or flares, he works quickly to support me.
The clinic is well managed. Signing in was smooth, preparation was efficient, and the actual procedure was the easiest part.
I received the best in health care during my procedure. From check in to discharge , everyone involved was patient , genuine and respectful. It was truly a patient-centered experience. I took great comfort in knowing I was in such good hands, closed my eyes, as the sedation medicine was taking it's affect , and drifted off in great comfort and peace. Love Dr. Kunze. Great bedside manner and is very informative and takes his time to answer an questions. Totally feel comfortable getting procedures done with him and his team. Highly recommended
Dr. Kunze and his team are both very professional and highly personable. Dr. Kunze puts you at ease and provides clear information regarding the procedure and clear answers to any questions.
Only problem is running late at Batavia. Ummc wanted me there an hour before colonoscopy and then they were running an hour late. That was hard when you are thirsty and hunger.
I am very glad my doctor recommended this group to go for a colonoscopy. They made my first experience so easy and everyone one was caring and cheerful and eased my concerns right away.
He’s been my GI doctor for quite sometime now. What stands out is the time he gives to answer ALL your questions. I have complete confidence in his knowledge and patient care.
Dr. Kunze and his entire staff are prompt, courteous & highly professional on all levels...you just feel as if you're in good hands from beginning to end.
