I called his office for 3 days straight . Sat on hold endlessly. Finally left a voice message for a call back 3 days in a row no return call. They say the call is "very important to them and they will return the call within one business day". Three days and 3 voice messages his office calls me and proceeds to berate me on why I need a colonoscopy. Have never had a problem with Dr. Kunze always friendly and caring
I've had both colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures with Dr. Kunze and always felt confident in his knowledge and professional conduct. He always came in to go over the procedure and followed up after with preliminary findings. He has a calming and contorting personality.
Saw him years ago for a few years and he was not good. Had an undiagnosed stomach issue until I switched doctors to someone else who figured it out in a minute after one upper endoscopy. He’s rude and uncaring and after I was hospitalized with terrible stomach pains, he stopped returning my calls altogether because he couldn’t figure out what was wrong.
Dr Kunze has been a very kind and considerate Physician to both me and my husband. Colonoscopies as well as further care. Highly recommend him and his staff!!!
Dr. Kunze is the greatest. I love his bedside manner. He shows he cares about his patients. He thoroughly explains any procedures that he is performing which I find to be very calming. I would highly recommend Dr. Kunze to anyone who asked me about a Gastroenterologist.
Kunze should have his license pulled. Never returns calls. My primary doctor contacted his office and Kunze would not call back. The office staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. Fight to get appointment, fight to get them to call back, fight to contact Kunze and even a fight to get scripts. I tried to contact office for two days and no answer. I called another doctors office in the group. I was told the secretary turned off the phone because she was so busy.
Very difficult to get to speak to Dr Kunze. Almost impossible even after procedure. Spent little time to focus on issue.
I called to make an appointment and was completely taken back by the rudeness and lack of compassion from the Secretary who scheduled my appointment and to add insult to injury I received a call from my Doctor's office secretary stating how rude his staff was to them. Needless to say my primary is referring me to a different doctor and practice. I am in the health care profession and appalled on how patients are treated.
