RecommendedGeoArm is the BEST security monitoring and equipment company. I never have a missed incident as I did with ADT. Everyone both at the monitoring desk tech support and sales department are wonderful and patient. tech support stays with you on the phone and walks you thru programming and installing new parts or upgrading your system...for free. last time i need a service call with ADT it was $400 to change a sensor and program it im. thru Geoarm it was $52. I highly reccomended them.

My wife and I have been separated for 5 years and I have not been part of her system or billing for 5 years. Even after repeated calls from her and me to remove me from the billing and notifications, I STILL get them years later. They are buffoons over there and can't seem to keep their records straight. I have been GeoArm customer since 2018. Recently my panel burned out and I had to replace it. Reconnecting new panel took nearly 2 hours and demanded additional $20 for “tear one technical assistant to become immediately available” as opposed to 2 days later. “All-in-one” person on the phone (claiming to be customer service advisor, manager and company owner) Brad (who refused to give his last name) was incredibly rude, and to my saying I’ll be taking my business elsewhere replied “go ahead!” I am currently looking for a dif... read more
Geo Arm is a great security option. They are friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced.
I have been with GeoArm since 2013 with about a year hiatus using a different system. The 2Gig Panel I have through them is far superior equipment to the other system I tried. Their tech support is top notch and their monitoring is great! Great customer service and great pricing as well!

I've been with GeoArm for many years, always a satisfactory service and today I had some issues with my battery and Alarm Panel, called support and Ralph provided an Excellent, effective service which ended up in now having a better monitored experience and I managed to fix the problem with his guidance and patience.
