Brad provided excellent support he spent a lot of time explaining and answering a lot of questions on each component of the alarm system. He offered great advice and help select the components I needed for the system. He was extremely patient and after I finished talking to him I felt comfortable buying my complex alarm system.

I found the videos to be very helpful, and am pleased that they offer month to month service. Good companies can keep customers without locking them into contracts. Based on input from the company I have ordered a GSM communicator to go with my Vista system. Will set up monitoring when I get the unit and update the review after experiencing their service.
