I waited over 3 months for another company to try to find a discontinued windshield for my 2004 Cadillac Deville. I called Genuine Auto Glass & they found my windshield the same day! Had my windshield replaced through Genuine. I initially wasn’t thrilled with my moulding pieces surrounding my windshield. They didn’t fit quite right. When I called to have it fixed they were so nice, and helpful. I was too busy to take my car in, so they sent someone out to my office to fix it the same day. Awesome service from Genuine Auto Glass! On a road trip, took a rock to the windshield. Called ahead to our next overnight stop in Pasco and arranged to have next day (a Saturday) mobile installation. John was at our campground within minutes of our arrival and completed the replacement in an hour. Great coordination and execution all around saved the day for us -- thanks a bunch!
