Maribel has horrible communication! Trying to reschedule an appointment is a nightmare! She's hard to reach. She was over 20 mins late for my last appointment. Appointment was at noon and I got there at 1145 and she was no where to be found until I finally called her at 1220. Now she canceled my next appointment and rescheduled for Sun morning, I came only to realize it is closed on Sundays!! And of course she doesn't answer! I'd rather pay more and go back to the previous laser spa I was going to, at least I know I'll be ge... read more
I recommend coming here 10 out of 10. Maribel is so nice and caring and is very thorough with her sessions. I’ve noticed a huge difference in certain areas after the laser hair removal. You definitely won’t regret it

I had laser hair removal with Maribel at Gentle Zap Laser Spa and I’m so happy with the results! I got my underarms and bikini done and I'm very satisfied with my process. She’s so kind and nice, always making me feel comfortable during my sessions. I recommend her 100% without hesitation.
