Maribel has horrible communication! Trying to reschedule an appointment is a nightmare! She's hard to reach. She was over 20 mins late for my last appointment. I was scheduled at noon and I got there at 1145 and she was no where to be found until I finally called her at 1220. Now she canceled my next appointment and rescheduled for Sunday morning, I came only to realize it is closed on Sundays!! And of course she doesn't answer her phone! I'd rather pay more and go back to the previous laser spa I was going to, at least I kn... read more
Maribel called me today to bump up my appointment to 330pm. I went. She "stepped out." She told me that she was at appointment anf could maybe see me at 5pm. It was so rude that she wasn't even there when she asked me to. I complained to Groupon and got a refund. Poor communication!

I really enjoyed my experience with Maribel, my skin came out radiant.
