I can’t explain how disappointed I am of this place. I regret getting my braces here. I started my treatment almost 2 yrs ago and just a month ago I was told I had to pay an extra $600 dollars because my insurance didn’t pay their part ON DECEMBER 2016!! When I started my treatment I paid everything off since I was going to leave work to be a stay home mom (I had no one to take care of my baby) and my insurance was going to disappear. They're very caring, Amazing and knowlegable. Trying to find a great Denist office like this one is like trying to find a niddle in a haystack!... "Been w/ this dental office 4 yrs..... I love going to the dentist because I like the feeling of clean teeth so it's a treat to go"!..
Gentle Dental in Hayward did a great job! I got a tooth extraction, and a bone graft. I am very pleased.
Helpful staff and great doctors. I'm glad I found this clinic.
